Alcance

As the National standards Body, NBSM prepares demand based National standards by adopting appropriate Regional / international standards as well as formulating indegeneous standards through the consultation with stakeholders. NBSM also takes part in international / Regional standardization activities both as participating member and as an observer. The current scope of NBSM standardization activities covers various sectors including Climate change, Energy Management., Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Safety and others.
